Its been almost two months since we’ve posted a blog about the inventory for real estate in Orange County. As you’ve heard and read- its slim pickings out there right now. Slowly, house prices are inching up.
These are all the current active listing per city;
San Clemente- 229….. was 204 in April
San Juan Capistrano- 89…. was 106 in April
Dana Point- 194…. was 197 in April
Laguna Niguel- 170…. was 207 in April
Aliso Viejo- 70…. was 103 in April
Huntington Beach- 371….. was 386 in April
It looks like for the majority housing inventories are staying steady if not down 5-10%. If you are a buyer, you will see that as you preview homes you may not be the only buyers walking through the property. With some of my recent clients, we’ll see 2-4 other agents going through a home in the 15 minute span that we are! Demand is up!
