Welcome to the newly improved website.  This site isn’t entirely new- its been up since I started working with Keller Williams Real Estate in Feb of 2007.  After 5 long years, I figure it was time to re-vamp the site and give it a new feel.

The purpose of the site is to be a useful source of information for the buyer/seller within Orange County.  Over the years, I’ve seen how other Realtors interact with their clients.  I’ve monitored how I interact with clients.  Lastly, I remember purchasing my first home and the experiences of that process.  Taking all those things into consideration, I wanted to create a website that could be good for first time buyers to see how the escrow process works.  How to qualify for a loan.  Or neighborhood information.  I want my clients to feel informed and understand the basic steps we take to open/close escrow.
